Sr. Process Owner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business or Information Technology required
• A minimum of 7 years' progressive experience in a related field required
• SAP implemenation and/or integration experience required
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
• Oracle implementation and/or integration experience preferred
• Strong presentation skills, ability to professionally communicate (verbal and written) at all levels of the business
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software suite required

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $92,400 to $115,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

A Brief OverviewThe Sr. Process Owner will collaborate with business stakeholders to identify potential areas for automation and rank these opportunities based on their execution priority. This role involves working closely with the IT department to design and deploy high-quality business solutions that enhance efficiency within the specified financial process, with a strong focus on automation. In addition, this position will contribute to the analysis and deployment of process improvements, leveraging automation to optimize business operations.
Job Responsibilities:

• Serves as Point of Contact for Finance on the designated process area
• Document business processes, policies and procedures related to the designated process area
• Advise application design alternatives and business process change opportunities.
• Coordinates and conducts training related to the designated area
• Provide expertise and proactive analysis for process design, revision, implementation, and improvements.
• Partner closely with business users to discover information needs: data, reports, and analyses
• Serve as knowledge owner for Finance and other WWT departments
• Coordinate and manage implementation and testing of programs and new systems
• Troubleshoot system issues and drive to resolution. Lead root cause analysis and resolution for complex problems.
• Lead simple to moderate complex sessions to analyze, diagnose, and resolve unpredictable and varied problems using a variety of methods, tools, and resources.
• Work with technical counterparts to provide functional details of ask to deliver a technical solution.
