Role: SAP DRC and VIM Consultant
100 % Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP DRC and VIM Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) and Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and functional knowledge, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and support SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) including e-invoicing and statutory reporting across multiple countries.

  • Support and optimize SAP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) workflows, exception handling, and approvals.

  • Integrate DRC and VIM with SAP FI, MM, and other related modules.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

  • Ensure compliance with country-specific tax regulations and digital reporting mandates (e.g., e-invoicing formats, Peppol, SAF-T, etc.).

  • Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and work with SAP, OpenText, or external vendors as needed.

  • Participate in SAP upgrade/migration projects involving DRC and VIM.
