Workday HCM Implementation Analyst
Location: Remote - Continental U.S. Resource must work EST business hours
Duration: 9 months plus

Job Responsibilities:

• Support a new Workday implementation by extracting information from a legacy Workday tenant
• Populate extracted information into Workday's implementation workbooks
• Extracting the following configuration definitions from Workday:
  • Job Profile Details
  • Reason Codes
  • Business Processes
    • Condition Rules
    • Notification/Alerts
  • Eligibility Rules
  • Time Tracking & Absence
  • Core Compensation
  • Performance
  • Integrations
  • Requests/Questionnaires
  • Workday Security Roles

Must Have Skills:

• Excellent Excel skills
• Data integrity, accuracy, and validation skills
• EIB Loads
  • Execute mass data changes in core system (i.e., EIBs), ensuring highest level of data integrity
• Strong knowledge of data analysis and formatting
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in large amounts of data
• Requirements gathering skills
• Understanding of Workday configuration terminology
• Understanding technical data conversion issues
• Communicate effectively with clients to convey project findings, updates, options, risks and impacts related to data conversion
• Support clients in mapping legacy data, identifying data quality issues and overall responsibility over conversion activates on the project
