Our client is looking for an IT Business Analyst to complete a 3-month contract project.
Description of job duties:
- Partner with stakeholders across Fraud Operations, IT, and Risk to capture and document requirements for the disputes platform.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, workflows, and user stories for development and configuration teams.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to validate requirements and ensure alignment with platform capabilities.
- Define integration points with existing systems (e.g., core banking, case management, fraud detection tools).
- Support data mapping, workflow design, and reporting requirements.
- Facilitate requirement review sessions and maintain traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in testing and validation of platform functionality against documented requirements.
