Job Summary:

Seeking a highly skilled Principal Software Engineer with deep expertise in Salesforce development and architecture to lead the design and implementation of scalable solutions in enterprise healthcare systems.

Required Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture.

Proven expertise in:

    • Health Cloud
    • Omnistudio
    • Apex
    • LWC
    • SOQL
    • BRE
    • Salesforce integration patterns
  • Salesforce certifications:
    • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect
    • OmniStudio Consultant
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Enterprise application architecture
    • APIs
    • Microservices
    • Middleware technologies
  • Experience with Generative AI (e.g., AgentForce, Data Cloud)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, Azure)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Health Cloud Certification, Integration Architect)
  • Knowledge of Health Cloud implementation in healthcare/payor industry
  • Experience modernizing legacy CRM or mainframe systems
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps tools like:
    • GitHub Actions
    • Jenkins
    • AutoRabbit

Exposure to Generative AI technologies in enterprise environments

Role Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a technical leader for legacy system modernization.
  • Drive strategic use of the Salesforce platform.
  • Lead integration of Salesforce with internal and external systems.
  • Ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Define and enforce Salesforce development best practices.
  • Collaborate with product, architecture, security, and operations teams.
  • Deliver secure, high-performance enterprise-grade solutions in healthcare, patient engagement, and care management.

Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field
