PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Functional Business Analyst - Accounts Receivable & Billing

Location: Austin, TX (On-site)
Duration: 10+ Months

What You ll Do

  • Lead the implementation of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules, from gathering requirements to testing and rollout.

  • Conduct fit-gap analyses to identify where system capabilities align (and where they don t) with business objectives.

  • Map and validate data between legacy systems, third-party integrations, and PeopleSoft modules.

  • Document workflows, requirements, and test cases bringing clarity to complexity.

  • Perform hands-on end-to-end system integration testing, including validation of third-party interfaces.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a large, often remote environment keeping communication clear and progress steady.

  • Support training and documentation efforts to ensure smooth adoption.

  • Roll up your sleeves when needed project phases may occasionally call for after-hours collaboration.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years as a Business Analyst working with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.

  • 8+ years specializing in Accounts Receivable and Billing implementations.

  • Strong experience with fit-gap analysis, requirement gathering, and system testing.

  • Proven ability to navigate complex integrations with third-party systems.

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and MS Teams for large team collaboration.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication you make the technical feel human and the complex sound simple.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with public sector organizations (Federal, State, or Local).

  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft General Ledger and Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).

  • Exposure to Texas Comptroller CAPPS Financials, SharePoint, and Jira.

  • Working knowledge of the Scrum framework and agile methodologies.
