Job Title: OneTrust Consultant with AEM & Adobe Analytics
Location: Remote (PST Hours)
Duration : 3 Months

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented OneTrust Consultant with hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing cookie consent solutions, ensuring compliance with global privacy regulations, and integrating OneTrust with AEM for seamless user experience and data governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and deploy cookie consent banners using OneTrust.
  • Implement geo-targeted consent experiences based on regional privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, LGPD).
  • Ensure proper categorization and scanning of cookies and trackers.
  • Integrate OneTrust cookie consent with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components and templates.
  • Customize AEM components to respect user consent preferences.
  • Collaborate with AEM developers to ensure seamless user experience and compliance.
  • Configure Adobe Analytics to respect user consent signals.
  • Implement tag management strategies using Adobe Launch or other tag managers.
  • Validate data collection and ensure accurate reporting based on consent.
  • Stay updated on global privacy regulations and ensure solutions are compliant.
  • Work with legal and compliance teams to align technical implementations with policy requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, legal, and IT.
  • Document implementation processes, configurations, and user guides.
  • Use out of the box templates, features. Only enable languages available in OneTrust (6 languages-to be verified -as supported by OneTrust). Text customization to be kept to a minimum.
  • Translation for text in other languages to be provided by the client for non-available, non-standard, customized text, if any.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with OneTrust platform, especially cookie consent modules.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch (or similar tag management tools).
  • Understanding of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
  • Familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • OneTrust certification(s).
  • Experience with other CMPs ( Consent Management Platforms).
  • Knowledge of server-side tagging and data layer design.
