Document Control - SharePoint Administrator IV



Houston, TX 77042



1 year contract (could go longer)


Pay: $27/HR- $31/HR


This role involves spending approximately 85% of your time in SharePoint, so prior experience with the system is required. You will communicate daily with project managers, conduct training, and handle clarification requests-primarily through verbal communication, email, and Microsoft Teams. Strong communication skills and the ability to stay organized across multiple platforms are essential. You will support a high volume of projects and PMs, so a proven method for staying organized and tracking progress is critical.



RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Maintain and audit project documentation and final turnover files for the Midstream division per Government and Company standards.

  • Highly skilled in organization, accuracy, and time management to oversee multiple assignments at the same time

  • Organize and lead training on Company documentation processes.

  • Work closely with Project Management and the Information Management group to coordinate with contractor counterpart and internal team to manage document control deliverables.

  • Utilize SAP software to locate and review key project information.

  • Navigate LiveLink to locate and retrieve archived project files.

  • Maintain accurate file structure for the entire Midstream Projects Organization in SharePoint

  • Perform SharePoint Administrative duties for the Midstream Projects Organization, including setting up internal and external sites, granting access rights to stakeholders, and working to ensure information is accessible and accurate.

  • Assist in the implementation of the Midstream Projects closeout procedures and checklist.

  • Function as a SharePoint Expert and provide technical support for document related issues

  • Creating, maintaining, and implementing document management systems by developing procedures and improving workflows for the Midstream Projects Group.




MUST HAVE:




  • 6 plus years of experience in a business environment related to records management such as record storage, filing and retrieval

  • 4 or more years working in the energy industry and/or construction

  • Expert proficiency in SharePoint, specifically as an administrator.

  • SAP knowledge

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft applications, specifically Excel and Outlook

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills.

  • Strong Organization and Tracking progress is Critical.
