Job Details

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SCCM in enterprise environments. Proven track record of Windows OS upgrade lifecycle management, especially Windows 11 deployments. Expertise in PowerShell scripting, WMI, and Windows AD/GPO policies. Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network layers.

- Lead the planning, testing, and execution of Windows 11 upgrades across enterprise endpoints using Microsoft SCCM (Configuration Manager).
- Develop and maintain task sequences, custom scripts, and OS images for efficient rollout and rollback scenarios.
- Analyze and mitigate potential compatibility issues with hardware, drivers, and enterprise applications.
- Monitor and report on deployment progress, success rates, and remediation strategies using SCCM dashboards and Power BI.
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with corporate policies and endpoint hardening standards during upgrades.
- Provide technical documentation, SOPs, and training materials for IT support teams.
- Act as subject matter expert for SCCM infrastructure optimization, patching strategies, and automation opportunities.
