Software Technical Support Engineer:
We need you to:
- Provide technical support to HeyGears' customers who are using the company's software CAD and 3D printing applications.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues that customers are experiencing with the software.
- Deliver quality technical resolutions in a timely manner by interpreting customer problems quickly, utilizing resources for research, and applying solutions effectively.
- Identify the degree of the customer's technical knowledge and adjust problem-solving communications accordingly.
- Train Technical Support Engineers on software technical support processes and procedures.
- Monitor systems operation status and analyze related data to ensure optimal performance.
- Interact independently with other internal groups and experts to seek answers for customer problems.
- Log all incoming correspondence with customers accurately and create case notes in the database.
- Participate in training activities to maintain technical currency, and to broaden product knowledge.
- Perform other duties as assigned, which may include collaborating with cross-functional teams on special projects, assisting with quality assurance testing, or contributing to the development of technical documentation
We would like you:
- BS in Computer Science or related major
- Ability to master the usage of Windows and Linux systems operation and maintenance
- Master the operation of MySQL database language
- Interested in providing global technical support work, experience in backend development is a plus
- Strong learning and adaptability skills, with ability to work under pressure, and has a great sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication and English writing skills
- Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese
