SENIOR FULL STACK DEVELOPER
We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Full Stack Engineer with a strong focus on React to help us build intuitive, scalable, and high-performance web applications. You will work across front-end and back-end systems to develop tools and services that enhance both the user and developer experience.
You will join a multidisciplinary, globally distributed team of engineers, designers, and product managers spanning multiple time zones to build engaging user interfaces and robust APIs that support a large-scale digital ecosystem, including user accounts, live services, content delivery, and community engagement. Success in this role requires taking ownership of projects while collaborating effectively across different regions and working hours.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React, Node.js, and related technologies.
- Implement front-end components with a focus on performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
- Build and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and designs into working features.
- Take ownership of features and projects while proactively collaborating with global team members across different time zones.
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning.
- Work closely with DevOps and QA to support continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
- Ensure applications meet security, scalability, and maintainability standards.
Must-Have:
- 5+ years of full stack development experience
- Expert-level proficiency with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end tooling (e.g., Webpack, Vite, Babel)
- Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or similar server-side frameworks
- Proven experience building and integrating RESTful APIs
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure) and cloud-native development
- Proficient in working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control workflows (Git, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in gaming or entertainment technology
- Familiarity with GraphQL
- Containerization and orchestration experience (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Background in building internal developer tools or user-facing dashboards
- Exposure to internationalization (i18n) and accessibility best practices
- Experience collaborating across time zones and managing projects with minimal supervision
