Job Details

Required Qualifications
  • Experience troubleshooting end-user hardware, software, and driver issues
  • 3-5 years of experience in system administration.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and cutting-edge technologies on the fly
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Basic scripting proficiency with at least one language, i.e. PowerShell, Batch, Shell, or Python
  • OS administration and configuration skills for Windows
  • Experience with an Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) tool such as Workspace ONE (preferred) or Intune

Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency with command-line interfaces
  • OS administration and configuration skills for macOS
  • Familiarity with Agile Frameworks and Methodologies
  • Familiarity with Cloud services in Azure
  • Experience creating automation by interfacing with APIs or using tools like Ansible and ServiceNow.
  • Experience Packaging Software for mass deployment.
  • Experience creating and maintaining Active Directory Group Policy

What To Expect:

As a Windows subject matter expert, you'll drive strategy, define best practices, and stay ahead of emerging trends across the Windows ecosystem. You won't stay siloed; you'll play an active role in EUC responsibilities across our supported platforms. Our work is a varied mix of strategic projects, maintenance, and tier 4 support .

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, deploy, and troubleshoot endpoint configurations and policies for all platforms, to meet security benchmarks
  • Create and maintain software deployment packages for Windows, Mac OS, Android, and iOS
  • Administer virtual desktop environment and supporting infrastructure, including maintenance, support, patching, and documentation.
  • Create and maintain documentation for fellow administrators, Service Desk, and end users.
  • Assist in patching enterprise end-user devices with OS and third-party application updates
  • Evaluate and define hardware standards.
  • Identify technical problems within EUC systems and work independently to determine solutions
  • Work closely with other teams in IT to provide root cause analysis and resolve systemic end-user issues
  • Work closely with the Global Service Desk to drive process enhancements and efficiencies
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers, vendors, and customers.
  • Provide support as needed.
  • Be a part of the on-call and support rotation
  • Work on projects and tasks as assigned
