Job Details

Title: Workstation Technician

Location: Mid-Atlantic Region US (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract

Compensation:
Pay Range: $26.95-$38.50 Per Hr

Description:
Provide on-site support for end-users as part of a workstation replacement project team.
Support attorneys and staff in a user-facing role.
Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional services environment.
Lift and move IT equipment during the deployment process.

Key Responsibilities:
Complete assigned tickets following standard operating procedures.
Deploy and validate operational workstations and related devices.
Collaborate with IT teams for process improvement and problem resolution.
Deploy peripherals such as webcams to end users.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workstation performance and peripheral connectivity.
Update firmware for docking stations and peripherals as needed.
Manage inventory and maintain accurate work logs and records.

Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in a Help Desk or workstation support role.
Experience with IT Service ticketing systems.
Experience supporting modern operating systems and office applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
