Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sr. Trust Operations Professional to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide expert operational support within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client and account maintenance, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all processes.
  • Perform reconciliation of trust accounts and DDA, including cash and fee processing.
  • Oversee account terminations and daily net settlement activities.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide training, quality assurance, and project support to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure data integrity within the account administration system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the Personal Trust Services (PTS) book of business.

Skills

  • Proven experience in trust operations, with a strong understanding of account management.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in system processing functions and operational support tasks.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with FIS/Charlotte or similar trust systems.
  • Background in financial services or banking, particularly in trust operations.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
