Job Description

Purpose:

Responsible for the implementation of the planning and visualization tools by aligning processes, facilitating change management, working with SAP/BPC planning project team. Within the responsibilities this role must align financial planning and analysis processes and requirements across businesses. This role should have excellent understanding of and be able to provide financial guidance in compliance with financial policies, provides business decision support and leads key projects and initiatives to improve financial processes. The Finance Manager partners with all levels of finance and business management, developers, affiliates finance leaders and finance leaders of other than commercial functions.

Responsibilities:
  • Participating in the implementation of enhancements, design, and structure of global commercial systems, including planning tools such as Detailed Planning Tool, Power BI, and BPC (APT and CON), to support various financial plans and reports.
  • Responsible for internal testing and vetting of solutions prior to UAT and Training of commercial colleagues.
  • Working closely with business partners to ensure smooth implementation of commercial and enterprise system plans without disrupting business operations.
  • Facilitating communication between different areas and affiliates within the organization and corporate headquarters to ensure successful implementation plans.
  • Assisting in the development of governance processes in alignment with the Commercial Finance (US, International and HQ), Commercial Operations and Corporate Finance and BTS organizations.
  • Collaborating and providing routine business support to enable informed decision-making.
  • Supporting key projects and initiatives (e.g., planning system standardization, management reporting and optimization) and driving process improvements. Conducting ad hoc analysis as required.
  • Managing and updating data sets as a source for Power BI based reporting sets/books.
  • Co creating, suggesting and implementing visualization tools and strategy, to create the most efficient systems, structure and visualization for the company's business operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to influence decision-making and drive initiatives forward without direct authority.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. CPA or MBA a plus.
  • Minimum 7+ years of progressive and related experience.
  • Require a strong Affiliate/Area Commercial Experience
  • Already implement FP&A Local Systems Tools
  • Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with ability to operate independently, drive processes, identify and implement process improvements, establish, and adjust priorities to achieve objectives and operate with speed and agility.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with all levels of management and including the ability to listen well and to influence others that do not report directly.
  • Proficient Excel skills including Power BI.
  • Knowledge of SAP, BPC, plus.
