Job Details
· Implement and administer legally compliant safety and health policies, programs, and best practices at the site
· Assure the safety of employees and contractors through compliance with OSHA standards, ANSI standards, company's policies and procedures, and other agencies’ safety regulations, standards, and/or guidelines
· Conduct accident and incident investigations, prepare relevant reports, establish preventative actions
· Perform or coordinate regular safety audits, including inspection and maintenance of safety equipment and facilities
· Lead Process Hazard Assessments (PHAs), PSSRs, etc.
· Audit safety & health programs and procedures
· Plan and attend safety meetings
· Develop, maintain, and communicate site safety, health and emergency procedures
· Plan and oversee required maintenance projects.
· Manage Emergency Systems: fire suppression systems, UPS, vendor emergency report.
· Authorizes maintenances on fire systems, generators, and exhaust fans.
· Adjusts/changes building safety critical management systems
· Perform design calculation/checking or approving of Safety Critical Equipment information
· Supervise Building Services and Maintain Building Infrastructure: janitorial services, waste removal, aesthetics, walls, roof, and floor.
· Operate and Maintain security systems including security system contact and access control.
· Prepare bid specifications, evaluate bids, schedule and supervise service contractors, and ensure payment via SAP and company procedures.
· Assist T&I Management to plan and implement facilities improvements.
