Job Title: SAP Ariba Technical Lead
Summary
We are seeking a seasoned SAP Ariba Technical consultant with experience in technical aspects of SAP Ariba platform and understanding SAP Ariba modules, Supplier Management, Contract Management, Procurement, Guided Buying. The candidate will be responsible working with SAP Ariba Lead in designing the architecture, implementing the complete solution, integration areas with S/4HANA or any other third-party systems. Key Responsibilities
Technical Consulting: As Ariba Technical consultant works closely with SAP Ariba Lead in designing, implementing, and deploying the complete solution to meet business needs in this area. The consultant works closely with Ariba lead in initial set up, configuration of solution, tailor the solution to meet unique needs, including workflows, data mapping, reporting. The consultant is responsible for ensuring the SAP Ariba areas operates efficiently, reliably and supports systems, integrating solution with S/4HANA or any third-party applications, address technical issues. The Lead serves as a subject matter expert on developing customized solutions or enhancements within Ariba platform. Play crucial a role works closely with project management team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Using analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues. Balancing technical requirements with functional needs, constraints, and work with team in every functional and technical aspect
Business Process Analysis and Optimization: Work closely with Ariba Lead and S/4HANA functional consultants in Procurement and Supply Chain departments to understand their processes and needs. Analyze existing business processes, integrations and suggest improvements as per SAP Standard Practices.
Testing, Training, and Support: Support in executing test plans, scenarios, and scripts to validate SAP Ariba configurations and functionalities. Conduct system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing to ensure system reliability, accuracy, and performance. Collaborate with team to resolve issues, address concerns, and implement solutions to meet project objectives. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP Ariba issues.
Integration and Data Migration: Ensure seamless integration of the Ariba modules with SAP S/4 HANA Procurement, Supply Chain and Finance modules. Help in data management requirements, data flow between Ariba and S/4HANA, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Collaborate with data migration and technical teams on activities regarding data extraction, transformation, and loading into SAP S/4HANA during build, test, and cutover phases of the project.
Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using SAP tools.Assist in the utilization of Ariba and SAP S/4HANA's embedded analytics capabilities to provide actionable insights into business data.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field. Master's degree preferred.Fluent in English language.10+ years of experience in SAP Ariba modules implementation and support.In-depth knowledge of SAP Ariba technical area with understanding of modules and S/4HANA integration and best practices with a minimum of 3 (three) Ariba project implementations integrating with SAP S/4HANA.Strong knowledge in programming languages
