Job Details

Job Title: HCM Payroll & Benefit Application Support Engineer Lead

Location: Hershey, Pennsylvania (Hybrid)

Duration: 6 months

Key Must-Have Skills:

SAP Time Management (Positive and Negative) - 5+ years

SAP HCM On-Premise Payroll configuration - 5+ years

PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules) and Schemas - 5+ years

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Service delivery support

Business analysis and requirements gathering

Software delivery full life cycle

Ideal Candidate Profile: A candidate with a strong background in HR and US payroll, capable of providing application support and participating in all stages of the software delivery lifecycle.

Summary of Job Description:

  • Support SAP Time Management and SAP HCM On-Premise Payroll configuration based on business requirements.
  • Participate in requirement-gathering sessions and assist in preparing functional design documents (FDDs), test plans, and test execution.
  • Collaborate with the team during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and help resolve functional defects.
  • Participate in weekly status review calls with the client and internal teams.
  • Prepare functional specifications for custom enhancements and work closely with technical and integration teams.
  • Adhere to Project timelines, documentation standards, and change management processes.
