Role: Technical Business Analyst

Location: Mount Laurel, NJ

Duration: FTE

Mode of work: Hybrid (2 days onsite/per week)

Experience: 12+ Years

Primary Skills: Data Analysis, SQL, Banking experience

Skills & Qualifications:
Strong experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and process modeling
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and automation strategies
Expertise in documenting business workflows, data flow diagrams, and system interactions.
Solid understanding of business systems analysis and the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business teams.]
Strong knowledge of data ingestion, ETL processes, and automation techniques.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and related technologies.
Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and data engineering tools (DataBricks, Data Factory, etc.).
Experience with deployment processes, version control, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins and GitLab
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to drive process improvement initiatives and work collaboratively across teams.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Additional Qualifications:
Experience with Agile methodology and tools like JIRA, Confluence
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools.
Hands-on experience with logging, monitoring, and cloud governance tools.
