Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer (IAM) with a strong background in data metrics, data visualization, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have 8 13 years of total experience, including a minimum of 6 years working with metrics, visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), and data reporting. While IAM experience is a plus, it is not a requirement. The position is onsite at one of the listed locations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and define a comprehensive suite of IAM metrics (OKRs, risk metrics, operational metrics, adoption metrics, etc.)

  • Partner with IAM teams (operations, engineering, etc.) to build effective functional metrics and incorporate them into organizational reporting

  • Develop and maintain a roadmap for IAM metrics maturity and improvement

  • Collaborate with IAM Service Leads to prioritize and enable data pipelines for risk visibility

  • Work with IAM Engineering to ensure accuracy and completeness of metric data

  • Perform manual data analysis and reporting when automation isn t in place

  • Act as SME on IAM metrics and identity data across teams

  • Design and build executive dashboards and stakeholder reports

  • Conduct data quality checks and ensure integrity of all reported metrics

  • Use analytical thinking to identify solutions and support decision-making


Required Qualifications:

  • 8 13 years of professional experience in data engineering or related fields

  • Minimum 6 years in:

    • Data Metrics and Reporting

    • Data Visualization (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

  • 5+ years of experience with relational databases or distributed systems (e.g., Snowflake)

  • Demonstrated ability to work with various types of metrics: KRIs, KPIs, KCIs, OKRs

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to explain data stories to stakeholders

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Comfortable in agile, fast-paced environments


Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with IAM concepts (preferred but not required)

  • Experience with data orchestration tools and programming languages

  • Knowledge of security scorecard reporting or similar automated metric tools
