Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Lead/Architect to join our team. This is a full-time role that offers a hybrid work model, requiring approximately 50% travel to client sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP S/4HANA implementations, particularly in greenfield environments, and extensive experience in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead SAP FICO solution design and implementation for S/4HANA projects.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Design end-to-end financial solutions aligning with client’s business processes.
Provide expert guidance on costing, controlling, and financial accounting processes.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
Lead configuration, testing, training, and cutover activities.
Support data migration and integration efforts with related SAP modules.
Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvements.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3 full-cycle SAP S/4 HANA implementations as FICO Architect.
Strong hands-on experience in costing (product costing, actual costing, material ledger, etc.).
Deep knowledge of SAP FICO modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Controlling (CO), Product Costing (PC), Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), and Cost Center Accounting (CCA).
Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
Ability to travel 50% to client locations as required.

Preferred Qualifications:
SAP S/4 HANA certification.
Experience working with global organizations and multi-country implementations.
Familiarity with integration points between FICO and other SAP modules (MM, PP, SD, etc.).
