Overview: Every Turnberry consultant aligns with a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns with one of the eight core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Help Desk Tier 1, you will join Turnberry's Enterprise Modernization practice and consult in the Digital Transformation service. Turnberry's Digital Transformation service provides strategy and implementation consulting to help organizations adopt modern technology to excel in today's digitally-driven market; in this practice, we help clients determine the modern challenges like employee adoption, industry compliance, and cybersecurity vulnerabilities (and more) in today's competitive market through modernizing the traditional IT ecosystem
Responsibilities:
Handle and resolve help desk tickets and escalate when necessary
Support remote users via remote control software and telephone
Assist in installation of computer hardware and software
Assist in maintaining and updating documentation for client systems
Work closely with both technical and non-technical staff and is required to communicate effectively with both
Position will require some night and weekend work as well as on-call duties
Qualifications:
Solid understanding of Windows Operating Systems; Desktop OS (Windows), Microsoft Office Suite, Exchange Online Management (email and user account creation), Windows Server is a plus, Mac OS Understanding of DHCP, DNS, network traffic routing, WAN, LAN, VLAN and internet connectivity
Some knowledge of remote access and VPN's
Willingness to learn new processes and technologies Individual must be outgoing, organized, punctual, hardworking, and able to follow direction and a team player
Candidate will be high on customer satisfaction and have good communication skills
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and work both independently and in group settings

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $160,000 or the hourly equivalent.
