PeopleSoft Business Analyst FSCM - Texas Locals Preferred - Hybrid

Job Title: Business Analyst PeopleSoft FSCM

Location: Austin, TX Hybrid - Only Wed Onsite

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to support implementation and upgrade projects for PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM). This role focuses heavily on Asset Management, integration testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates will have a solid background in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, public sector experience, and strong communication skills.

Minimum Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on PeopleSoft FSCM implementation or upgrade projects.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Asset Management.
• 8+ years of experience conducting formal work sessions and functional analysis presentations.
• 8+ years of experience in performing end-to-end system integration and external interface testing.
• 8+ years of experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• At least 2 years of experience using MS Teams and Channel communication with large teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government).
• 2+ years of experience with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials.
• 2+ years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 General Ledger and Commitment Control.
• 2+ years of experience with SharePoint.
• 1+ year of experience with Jira.
• 1+ year of experience working within the Scrum framework.
