Expertise with Linear Referencing Methods in Oracle, Oracle Workspace Manager, HPMS and Federal Reporting
(FHWA) and Roadway Characteristics Inventory Data Mangement. Database Logic, PL/SQL coding, Oracle
Workspace Manager. MANDATORY - in order to be considered must have State Department of Transportation (DOT)
roadway asset and roadway inventory data experience and experience with FHWA reporting.
