Job Summary

  • Act as the technical lead for Salesforce projects across our platforms, delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

  • Design and implement advanced Salesforce configurations, custom development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning), and third-party integrations.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor to IT and business leaders.

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Credit, and Operational Support teams to gather requirements and deliver automated, user-friendly solutions.

  • Guide and mentor internal IT resources, championing Salesforce best practices and clean code standards.

  • Keep current on emerging technologies and tools, bringing innovative ideas into execution.

  • Contribute to platform governance, compliance (SOX/COBIT), and ensure data integrity and system security.

Technical Expertise

  • 10+ years of experience in software design, development, and integration.

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and customization.

  • Advanced proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.

  • Experience with Pardot, Conga, AppExchange tools, and Salesforce Partner Communities.

  • Solid .NET (preferably C#) programming background with experience in API development and MS tech stack (ASP.NET, IIS).

  • Skilled with SQL/T-SQL and relational database design.

  • Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.

  • Background in commercial leasing, equipment finance, or financial services is a bonus

  • Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems or middleware.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

  • Naturally organized, adaptable, and energized by process optimization.

  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to lead cross-functional efforts.

Education

  • Bachelor s degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

    Certifications (Preferred)

    • Salesforce Administrator & Advanced Administrator

    • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
