About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned MarTech Technical Product Manager to lead the strategic development and optimization of our marketing technology ecosystem. This role is essential for bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions. You will be responsible for defining capability roadmaps, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving technology initiatives that support our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in MarTech platforms and a strong background in technical product leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage strategic capability roadmaps across key MarTech platforms including CMS, DAM, CDP, and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).

  • Translate GTM strategies and business needs into prioritized technology investments and platform milestones.

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure integrated and efficient solution delivery.

  • Prepare and present high-impact materials that communicate platform vision, maturity, and timelines to executive stakeholders.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in a MarTech Technical Product Manager (TPM) role.

  • Strong expertise in core MarTech technologies such as CMS, DAM, CDP, and AJO.

  • Broad understanding of the MarTech ecosystem and its interdependencies.

  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, particularly for executive stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within agile development frameworks.

  • Familiarity with data-driven marketing, analytics, and personalization strategies.

  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
