Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing and supporting contact center platforms such as Kore.ai, Genesys, or Five9.
  • Proficient in the use and administration of contact center platforms like Kore.ai, Genesys, and Five9.
  • Strong understanding of VoIP technologies, CRM software, and database management.
  • Experience in programming languages relevant to API integration and automation (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams and explaining technical details to non-technical stakeholders.

Desired Skills:

  • Certification in contact center technologies (Kore.ai, Genesys, or Five9).
  • Experience with AI and machine learning tools aimed at enhancing customer experience.
  • Knowledge of data security standards relevant to contact centers.
