- Strong understanding of VoIP technologies, CRM software, and database management.
- Experience in programming languages relevant to API integration and automation (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Strong communication skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams and explaining technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
Desired Skills:
- Certification in contact center technologies (Kore.ai, Genesys, or Five9).
- Experience with AI and machine learning tools aimed at enhancing customer experience.
