Principal Software Engineer

What you get to do:

  • Design and develop modern microservices, APIs, and data pipelines that power critical applications

  • Contribute to both new cloud-native product lines (NodeJS, TypeScript, React, Redis, Elasticsearch) and legacy systems (C#, Azure)

  • Architect scalable systems, data ingestion flows, and real-time sync across integrated platforms

  • Build customer-facing and internal tooling that supports operations, automation, and compliance

  • Mentor engineers, lead technical decision-making, and drive engineering culture based on collaboration, curiosity, and continuous learning

  • Influence hiring decisions and support the growth of a high-performing engineering team

  • Solve meaningful problems with a product-first mindset—balancing performance, usability, and technical elegance


What you need to succeed:

  • 10+ years of full lifecycle software development experience across modern web, backend, and mobile systems

  • Strong experience with distributed systems, microservice architectures, and data pipelines (ETL + real-time streaming)

  • Hands-on experience with modern stacks such as Node.js, React, TypeScript, Python, Redis, and Elasticsearch

  • Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (preferred), Azure, and infrastructure automation tools such as Airflow and GitHub Actions

  • Clear understanding of CI/CD, automated testing (Cypress, Appium), and containerization/orchestration

  • Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers, contribute across teams, and adapt to changing priorities

  • Highly collaborative, customer-first thinker with a bias for execution and an egoless attitude
