Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage documentation and maintain accurate records.
Handle travel arrangements and itinerary planning.
Oversee claims processing and expense reporting.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, and conference calls.
Manage executive email communication, including drafting and responding on behalf of executives.
Prepare executive-level reports and presentations.
Provide support for daily administrative office functions and activities.
Mandatory Skills:
Proven experience in an executive assistant role, preferably supporting senior leadership.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and demands.
Desired Skills:
High-level administrative support experience.
Exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
