We have a Salesforce Developer requirement for our client. The location is Jeffersoncity,MO and it's an onsite role.They are looking to add mid-to-Sr level Salesforce developers to contract and help stand up their COE and provide hands on dev support of the various projects and instances across the state.They need to be local to the area and willing to be in the office in Jefferson City 4 days a week.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Mid/Senior Level Salesforce Developer to join our Direct client team. As a key member of the development team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions to meet our business needs and drive efficiency and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process builder flows, and Apex classes/triggers.
• Customize and configure Salesforce features such as Lightning components, Visualforce pages, Lightning web components, and Salesforce Einstein Analytics.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and systems using APIs and web services.
• Perform code reviews, ensure code quality, and enforce best practices in development methodologies and standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, identify opportunities for optimization, and provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, administrators, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and deadlines.
• Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends, and recommend best practices and innovative solutions to enhance our Salesforce ecosystem.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of [X] years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with expertise in custom application development on the Salesforce platform.
• Proven proficiency in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS), and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and security features, including profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing settings.
• Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques, such as REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and OAuth.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, version control systems (e.g., Git), and agile development practices.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
