POSITION: Google Cloud Platform Cloud Architect

LOCATION: Remote

DURATION: 6+ months

INTERVIEW TYPE: Video

This is 80% Google Cloud Platform and 20% AWS, we have been getting mostly AWS-heavy folks, but we need more Google Cloud Platform.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Need experience with BOTH AWS and Google Cloud Platform!

- Extensive experience in cloud infrastructure architecture, with a focus on migration to Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).

- Proficiency in assessing and optimizing architecture for security, scalability, and cost efficiency.

- Familiarity with tools such as Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.

- Experience with relational databases like Postgres and NoSQL databases like MongoDB.

- Knowledge of ETL tools such as Talend and 5tran.

- Strong understanding of networking principles and audit processes.

- Ability to author and interpret enterprise-level architecture diagrams.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Previous experience in conducting proof of concepts and greenfield initiatives preferred.

- Minimum of several months' experience with both AWS and Google Cloud Platform platforms.
