Need Ex Microsoft

Core Skills:
* Ecommerce UX: Experience designing checkout and transactional flows with a focus on conversion and usability.
* Design Systems & Frameworks: Strong grasp of Microsoft Fluent UI, with working knowledge of React, Angular, and other modern front-end frameworks and UX patterns.
* Accessibility: Deep understanding of WCAG 2.1 and accessibility best practices; able to design inclusive, compliant experiences.
* Design Tools: Advanced proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design system management. Familiarity with tools like Miro, Adobe, or similar is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience applying Microsoft UX design standards across web and mobile platforms.
* Ability to collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into intuitive interfaces.
* Familiarity with enterprise-scale design challenges, including responsive design, localization, and performance constraints.
