Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technician IV to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing advanced technical tasks, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of systems and equipment. This role requires a high level of expertise and the ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced technical tasks and diagnostics to ensure optimal system performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain and repair equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Document technical processes, findings, and resolutions accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and implement solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to junior technicians as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar technical role, preferably at a senior level.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent knowledge of technical systems, tools, and equipment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Relevant certifications or technical training is a plus.

Pay Range: $48hr - $50hr on w2
