Job Summary We are seeking a Programmer Analyst to support and enhance PeopleSoft Finance and Supply Chain Management systems. The role involves analyzing user and business needs, providing technical support, and implementing system upgrades and enhancements. The ideal candidate will contribute to project planning, testing, and post-live support, while minimizing customizations by leveraging delivered functionality. This position requires strong communication, technical expertise, and the ability to work independently in a high-production environment. Key Responsibilities Analyze user and business requirements and provide technical support for PeopleSoft applications Design, code, implement, and debug programs to support business processes Conduct technical research on system upgrades to assess feasibility, cost, and compatibility Serve as a primary resource for implementing project plans, including testing and documentation Develop recommendations based on functional specifications and user discussions Utilize delivered functionality to minimize customizations Provide post-live support for assigned business and clinical systems Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Required Qualifications Associates Degree in Business Administration, Allied Health, Computer Science, or related field (Two years of specialized training in an applicable field may be accepted in lieu of degree) Five or more years of experience in an Information Technology field Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment Proven ability to manage multiple assignments with accuracy and timeliness Preferred Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Allied Health, Computer Science, or related field Experience supporting PeopleSoft Finance and Supply Chain Management systems Familiarity with clinical or business systems in a healthcare or enterprise setting Education: Bachelors Degree
