Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Exchange 2016/2019 environments with a focus on 99.9% SLA uptime.
Configure and troubleshoot Multi-Node DAGs across data centers, including mail flow and clustering issues.
Monitor systems using SCOM, perform root cause analysis, and provide on-call support as needed.
Handle Remedy ticketing, change control, documentation reviews, and interface with internal stakeholders.
Use PowerShell scripting to automate and improve operational efficiency.
Support Exchange Online/Office 365 migrations and hybrid environments.
Must-Haves:
5 10 years of experience with Exchange 2016 or higher in large, enterprise-scale environments
Strong expertise in Multi-Node DAGs, Clustering, and mail flow troubleshooting
Proficient in PowerShell, SCOM monitoring, and working in collaborative, remote teams
Experience with BMC Remedy, Splunk, AppViewX, and Trend Micro
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Nice-to-Haves:
Hands-on experience transitioning from on-prem Exchange to Exchange Online/Office 365
Deep understanding of Splunk dashboards and monitoring
