Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Revenue Cloud, preferably within the manufacturing industry. This individual will partner closely with global sales and operations teams to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions that streamline end-to-end Lead-to-Cash (Sales-to-Service) processes.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in Salesforce architecture, business process mapping, and SAP ERP integration, along with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the solution design and architecture for Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Revenue Cloud implementations.
  • Collaborate with global Sales, Service, and Operations teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Map and optimize Sales-to-Service Cloud processes, ensuring seamless integration and data flow across systems.
  • Work closely with SAP ERP teams to align pricing, quoting, and order management processes.
  • Oversee system configuration, data model design, security, and integration strategies.
  • Partner with development and admin teams to guide best practices in declarative and programmatic development.
  • Drive process mapping workshops to identify automation opportunities and improve sales efficiency.
  • Ensure alignment of solution architecture with enterprise strategy, governance, and compliance standards.
  • Provide hands-on support during discovery, design, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and project sponsors.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 12+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 5+ years as a Solution Architect.
  • Proven expertise in Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Revenue Cloud implementations (preferably in manufacturing domain).
  • Strong understanding of Sales-to-Service process flows and related integrations.
  • Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with SAP ERP or similar enterprise systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with global, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong experience with process mapping, requirements documentation, and architectural diagrams.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, Apex, Flows, APIs, and integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning is a plus.
Required Certifications;
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect
  • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist
  • Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial automation, or supply chain domains.
  • Exposure to global Salesforce deployments across regions and business units.
  • Knowledge of SAP pricing, quoting, and order management processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
