Summary:
We are seeking an Electrical Engineer or Materials Engineer to support test activities in our hardware analysis lab. The role focuses on evaluating electronic components, performing electrical and material characterization, and supporting engineering teams with accurate and well-documented test results.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $55.00 - $69.70 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus. Summary:
We are seeking an Electrical Engineer or Materials Engineer to support test activities in our hardware analysis lab. Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical or material testing, signal evaluation, and component-level performance assessments
- Document test workflows, observations, and results with clarity and precision
- Write and maintain test procedures, lab operating guidelines, and workflow documentation
- Maintain a safe working environment and follow established lab protocols
- Support equipment readiness, calibration tracking, and basic inventory management
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to interpret results and support project needs
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Background in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Nanotechnology, or a closely related field
- Experience in lab testing tools and ability to learn new lab tools and instrumentation quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Preferred Experience:
- Exposure to RF testing or signal integrity concepts and material characterization with some of the following instruments: Oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, multimeters, real-time spectrum analyzers, optical microscopes, thermal microscopes, SEM, CT-Scan systems, 3D printer, FT-IR, X-ray tools, and EDX systems
