Job Title: Mid-Level Product Analyst

Location: 100% Remote (Open to candidates in any state)

Duration: 1-Year Contract (Right-to-Hire/Extend)

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Start Date: ASAP (Following standard background, drug, and credit checks; typically 2 weeks after offer acceptance)

Compensation: $39.29 per hour (W2)

Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level Product Analyst to join an Agile HRIS team supporting the UKG Workforce Management (formerly Kronos Workforce Central) platform. This role provides vital system support across a large enterprise, ensuring smooth operations for facility time managers and contributing directly to the effectiveness of workforce management processes.

Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day product support for the UKG Workforce Management (UKG WFM) system.
Manage user provisioning, system access, and role configurations.
Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2 support issues, including break/fix and configuration adjustments.
Conduct configuration checks, answer end-user questions, and document solutions.
Collaborate with a team of 9 Product Analysts (4 focused on similar support functions).
Work within an Agile team structure to deliver timely, high-quality service to internal customers.

Required Skills & Experience
UKG Workforce Management (UKG WFM) or Kronos Workforce Central administrative experience (not just as a user).
Strong customer service orientation with proven communication skills.
Experience handling configuration, troubleshooting, and user provisioning in enterprise environments.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced Agile team environment.

Preferred Background
Prior experience supporting large, multi-location enterprises.
HRIS or time and attendance system experience.
Exposure to healthcare, HR technology, or enterprise SaaS environments.
