Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid Onsite 2 days/week; local candidates only)
Interview: MS Teams Video (Camera On); 2nd round may be onsite

Architect and implement Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, including Power Automate and Power Pages.

Lead technical design, development, and deployment of system enhancements and new modules.

Provide infrastructure, network, and application support across integrated systems.

Design and document multi-platform technical architecture, including integration and authentication.

Use Azure DevOps for CI/CD, release management, and version control.

Support database architecture and assist with performance tuning.

Provide advanced technical customer support and troubleshooting.

Communicate project risks, issues, and progress effectively to stakeholders.

Prepare clear documentation, reports, and user instructions.

Collaborate with agency staff and external partners to gather business requirements and align technical solutions.

Experience with State Government environments

Familiarity with the State of Michigan SEM framework
