Job Details

We are seeking a qualified and experienced M365 Platform Architect to design and implement Organization enterprise M365 architecture, governance frameworks, Power Platform environments, SharePoint information architecture, and AvePoint-integrated security structures.

Position Responsibilities

  • Review tenant, Power Platform, and data governance configurations for alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Update architectural diagrams, solution designs, data models, and integration patterns.
  • Evaluate usage of connectors, environment DLP policies, and Dataverse governance controls.
  • Assess integration feasibility for new capabilities such as Copilot, Defender, Loop, and Graph APIs.
  • Provide architectural oversight for solutions being developed by application teams.
  • Review SharePoint Online and on-prem information architecture and governance setups.
  • Lead architecture review meetings with technical stakeholders.
  • Assist in troubleshooting escalated issues where architectural decisions are needed.
  • Document architecture decisions (ADRs), governance rules, and platform guidelines.
  • Monitor environment capacity, performance trends, and provide recommendations for optimization.

Minimum Experience

  • 10+ years as an enterprise/cloud architect.
  • 7+ years designing M365, Azure, and Power Platform architectures.
  • Minimum 5+ enterprise M365 architecture projects (tenant governance pipelines).

Preferred Certifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (top requirement)
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
  • ITIL v4 Foundation (preferred)

Education

  • Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
