Description
We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst II to join our team in Woburn, Massachusetts. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical support and assistance to internal users, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. This is a long-term contract position ideal for an individual with a passion for problem-solving and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to technical support requests from internal users, ensuring all issues are addressed with professionalism.
Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network problems across various platforms, including Microsoft, Apple, and Android devices.
Utilize troubleshooting skills to address issues related to Cisco and Citrix technologies.
Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and solutions within designated systems.
Support configuration management and hardware deployments for end users.
Assist with Active Directory administration, including account setup and maintenance.
Provide guidance on the use of computer systems and applications to enhance user experience.
Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements within the service desk operations.
Ensure consistent compliance with organizational policies and standards.
Stay updated on emerging technologies to better support user needs.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in a Help Desk Analyst or similar technical support role.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and supporting Microsoft technologies.
Familiarity with Apple devices, Mac computers, and Android systems.
Knowledge of Cisco and Citrix technologies.
Experience with Active Directory administration.
Strong understanding of computer hardware and configuration management.
Ability to manage deployments and maintain documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide effective support.
