Vaco is hiring for an ERP Manager opportunity in Cincinnati OH. 
Direct Hire, Hybrid Schedule
110-140,000/yr + Bonus

Summary:
The ERP Manager will own the performance and evolution of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across production, inventory, purchasing, and distribution, while also leading a small team and collaborating closely with business leaders.
What You’ll Do:
  1. Own the day-to-day stability and long-term roadmap of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, ensuring it supports the needs of manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution operations.
  2. Lead and coach a team of ERP analysts/technologists, fostering collaboration, accountability, and growth.
  3. Partner with operations, supply chain, and finance leaders to identify challenges and deliver ERP-driven solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and visibility.
  4. Drive and manage ERP-related projects from start to finish, balancing timelines, priorities, and cross-functional dependencies.
  5. Work hands-on with business users to simplify workflows, automate processes, and support digital transformation initiatives.
  6. Establish and maintain testing and quality assurance practices to ensure updates and enhancements meet real-world needs.
  7. Act as the primary point of contact for ERP vendors and implementation partners, ensuring service quality and alignment with business objectives.
What You Bring:
  1. Strong expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  2. Understanding of core business processes including production planning, order-to-cash, procurement, and inventory management.
  3. Experience managing ERP projects and leading cross-functional teams.
  4. Ability to translate technical solutions into business value, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  5. Leadership experience in a technology role supporting operations.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  2. 7+ years of IT or ERP experience in manufacturing, with 3+ years in a leadership or project management role.
