Sr. Technical Project Manager with Software Development experience. Preferably someone who comes from a Java app developer background. Ideally if they started out as a Java developer who became a Tech PM that would be ideal.
Manager needs someone to keep the team on track. This is a very senior team and they need to be able to influence and have EXCEPTIONAL communication skills and energy.
- Must be able to ask questions pertaining to what needs to be accomplished. Look at everything from a high level and figure out how to solve problems.
- Candidate must be really strong with processes/milestones
- Role requires tons of collaboration with technical teams
- Softskills will be HUGE - Need someone who has positive energy and promotes unity within the teams.
- It is a complex team and they're needing a quick learner.
- Looking for folks who can talk through accomplishments in detail on other teams
