We specialize in software development, consulting, and IT staffing services. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a highly driven IT Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and drive revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in IT consulting and staffing

  • Build and manage strong relationships with clients—Direct Clients, MSPs, System Integrators, and Enterprise accounts

  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closures

  • Understand client needs and align Zensoft service offerings accordingly

  • Collaborate with the recruiting and delivery team to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction

  • Manage and expand existing client accounts to generate repeat business

  • Create and present proposals, SOWs, and rate negotiations

  • Track opportunities via CRM/ATS and maintain accurate sales reports

  • Stay updated with industry trends, technology needs, and competitor landscape


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of experience in IT Business Development / Sales / Account Management

  • Strong understanding of IT services, consulting, and staffing (contract & full-time)

  • Experience working with US clients/MSPs/VMS portals preferred

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Ability to build long-term professional relationships

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling IT solutions, project services, or offshore/onsite models

  • Existing client network or MSP relationships

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and proposal writing

  • Knowledge of US staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099) if applicable
