Zensoft IT Solutions is a rapidly growing technology consulting and services company providing high-quality IT solutions to clients across the US and global markets. We specialize in software development, consulting, and IT staffing services. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a highly driven IT Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in IT consulting and staffing
Build and manage strong relationships with clients—Direct Clients, MSPs, System Integrators, and Enterprise accounts
Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closures
Understand client needs and align Zensoft service offerings accordingly
Collaborate with the recruiting and delivery team to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction
Manage and expand existing client accounts to generate repeat business
Create and present proposals, SOWs, and rate negotiations
Track opportunities via CRM/ATS and maintain accurate sales reports
Stay updated with industry trends, technology needs, and competitor landscape
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–7 years of experience in IT Business Development / Sales / Account Management
Strong understanding of IT services, consulting, and staffing (contract & full-time)
Experience working with US clients/MSPs/VMS portals preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to build long-term professional relationships
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling IT solutions, project services, or offshore/onsite models
Existing client network or MSP relationships
Familiarity with CRM tools and proposal writing
Knowledge of US staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099) if applicable
