Job Details

A Houston company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst - Remote/Night Shift for long term contract.

REMOTE NIGHT SHIFT -- Will work 4-3 ten hour rotating shift. TBD

MUST RESIDE IN HOUSTON AREA

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2-3 years IT Helpdesk or Desktop related experience required; preferably in a night or weekend environment.
  • Monitor ticketing systems and respond to incoming user issues
  • Providing 1st & 2nd level support ie; hardware / software, connectivity issues
  • Good understanding of Windows, O365 and Active Directory
  • Responsible for onboarding and offboarding pc users as needed and adding new users and accounts through Active Directory
  • Assist in providing quality customer service and assistance to approximately 5000 users
  • Password resets in windows and bespoke applications
  • Diagnostic gathering on issues and assigning to other teams, includes remoting on to their computers to gather information.
  • Issues connecting to the company's network internally and remotely.
  • Citrix access and profile resets
  • Outlook issues
  • Assistance setting up MFA in O365 including resetting MFA and assisting with bitlocker resets.
  • Experience supporting users remotely over the phone.
  • Blocked website access requests.
  • iPhone setups, troubleshooting why they may not be receiving emails as well as adding devices to Intune
