The Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities team is seeking an Integration & Test (I&T) Execution Lead. The I&T lead will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of I&T scope on one of the contracts within our team's portfolio on the Patriot or C5I product line. In this role, you will work closely with other engineering disciplines and functions to support the overall program objectives and ensure your team has the resources required to complete their work.

What You Will Do
  • Provides direction over the integration & test team members for assigned scope.
  • Responsible for interface and coordination with internal and external organizations on test strategy, coordination, execution, and reporting activities.
  • Coordinate with other program directorates and IPTs/CPTs to identify and mitigate emergent system issues that may impact verification, sell-off, or fielding.
  • Interface with the customer, which includes scheduling and leading review meetings and technical discussions.
  • Support planning, design and execution of integration, verification and validation tests.
  • Ability to travel Up to 10% between Andover and White Sands Missile Range.

Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant engineering experience.
  • Experience with systems engineering, system integration, system verification, system test, and/or hardware.
  • Experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management Value System) and/or Control Account Manager (CAM).

Qualifications We Prefer
  • Knowledge and experience with developing bids.
  • Experience with developing EACs.
  • Experience as a team lead for a technical work product.

  • Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
