Summry

We re
seeking a technofunctional System/Business Analyst to lead discovery, solution
design, and delivery oversight for content management and digital experience
initiatives. You ll translate business goals into actionable requirements,
shape content models and authoring workflows, and partner with engineering to
implement solutions on .NET and enterprise CMS platforms (traditional and
headless).

Responsibilities

Discovery
& Analysis: Elicit and document business goals, KPIs, user journeys, and
nonfunctional needs (performance, security, accessibility). Create BRDs/FRDs,
process maps, data flows, and user stories with acceptance criteria.

CMS
Solution Design: Define content models, taxonomies, metadata, and
authoring/publishing workflows (roles, permissions, governance). Specify
templates/components, localization, and versioning.

TechnoFunctional
Specs: Produce solution outlines and integration contracts for .NET services
and front ends (REST/GraphQL), including error handling, performance budgets,
and observability requirements.

Stakeholder
Enablement: Run demos, UAT planning/execution, and content author training.
Create quickstart guides and governance playbooks.

Delivery
Support: Partner with architects/devs to validate feasibility, derisk
dependencies, and support CI/CD, rollout, and content migration; track progress
in Azure Boards/Jira.

Quality
& Compliance: Ensure WCAG/ADA accessibility, SEO/structured data, analytics
tagging, consent/privacy (GDPR/CCPA), and security controls (SSO/OAuth/OIDC).

Operations:
Define SLAs, dashboards (App Insights/New Relic), and runbooks for publishing,
cache/CDN, and search indexes; contribute to continuous improvement backlog.

Required
Qualifications

5 8+
years as a Business/System Analyst on web/digital programs with strong .NET
background (C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API) and SQL Server.

Handson
with at least one .NET CMS (e.g., Sitecore XM Cloud, Optimizely CMS, Umbraco,
Kentico Xperience, Orchard Core) and understanding of headless/hybrid delivery
patterns.

Experience
designing content models, taxonomies, reusable components, and editorial
workflows; familiarity with personalization/A/B testing, multisite/multilocale.

API
integration experience (REST/GraphQL), Azure (App Service, Storage, Key Vault,
Front Door/CDN), Git, Azure DevOps/Pipelines; basic frontend literacy (HTML5,
CSS, JS/TypeScript, React or Angular).

Working
knowledge of search (Azure Cognitive Search, Solr, Elasticsearch), caching/CDN,
performance testing (JMeter/K6), and observability (Application Insights,
OpenTelemetry).

Strong
facilitation, backlog management, and documentation skills; comfortable
bridging business, product, UX, and engineering.

Nice to Have

Certifications:
Sitecore, Optimizely, Kentico, Umbraco, PSPO/CSPO, CBAP, AZ900/AI900/AZ204.

Experience
with content marketing stacks and non.NET CMS (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot CMS)
in mixed environments.

Commerce/marketing
integration (PIM/DAM, CDP/CRM, MAP), and analytics (GA4/Adobe/Optimizely
Experimentation).

Exposure
to Orchard Core for modular, multitenant .NET solutions.

Key Deliverables
