Description
Robert Half is looking for a Help Desk Analyst to support local and field users in a growing company. As a Help Desk Analyst, you must have a passion for solving problems in a dynamic and rapidly-changing work environment. Because this Help Desk Analyst role is very visible within the company, you will have a number of opportunities to make a positive impact on the department and the broader organization. This Help Desk Analyst role is located in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area and is a long-term contract / temporary to hire opportunity.
How you will make an impact
- Contribute IT support for productivity software, operating systems, and a variety of other applications used internally
- Manage correspondences on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups
- Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues
- Spot recurring technical issues and deploy solutions to address the root of the problems
Requirements
- Comprehension of basic networking concepts
- IT support ticketing system experience highly valued
- Experience in user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated excellence in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
- Basic Troubleshooting experience desired
- Active Directory experience required
- Microsoft Office 365 experience highly desired
- Deep understanding of Azure Active Directory
- Active Directory experience preferred
- Adeptness in O 365
