Position Summary
Seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with 7+ years of Salesforce development experience to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and enhance strong case management processes, including support processes, omni channel, assignments/routing, NBA, and SLAs.
Develop solutions with high proficiency in LWC (Lightning Web Components) to create advanced user experiences similar to Uber, focusing on scheduling and responsive design.
Exhibit expertise in Salesforce Flows and industry best practices.
Integrate Salesforce with AWS Connect (highly preferred) or other CTI integrations.
Deliver agentic experience by developing NBA (Next Best Action), creating actions/activities, and generating summaries.
Execute general admin tasks including managing profiles and permissions.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of experience in Salesforce development.
Strong understanding of support and case management processes.
Advanced experience with LWC and Salesforce Flows.
Experience with AWS Connect integration or other CTI platforms.
Proven skillset in implementing NBA strategies and creating user activities.
Experience in general Salesforce administration.
