#1) Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM)

Location: Redmond, USA (travel as required)

Experience: 10+ Years (Senior Level)

Rate : $60/h on c2c

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with the Sr. Director of Engineering to track and drive execution of key initiatives across multiple engineering teams and TPMs.
  • Coordinate action items and program milestones from leadership meetings, ensuring accountability and timely delivery.
  • Support teams in collecting and validating progress reports, metrics, and updates ahead of senior reviews to ensure high-quality, streamlined discussions.
  • Create and maintain program timelines, Gantt charts, and execution dashboards to communicate progress and dependencies.
  • Facilitate collaboration across hardware, software, and infrastructure teams to align on goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Drive clarity and execution in ambiguous and complex environments, bringing structure, prioritization, and follow-through.
  • Occasionally travel within the U.S. to participate in on-site meetings and data center visits alongside the Client Sr. Director.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong background (8 10+ years) in Technical Program Management or Engineering Program Leadership.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with Software (SW) and Data Center Hardware (DC HW) technologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-team coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in project planning tools (e.g., Gantt charts, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet) and tracking progress against complex timelines.
  • Working knowledge of software development processes, Agile / SCRUM methodologies, and release cycles.
  • Familiarity with data center operations, compute, networking, and storage infrastructure at scale.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, providing structure and driving program execution.
  • Ability and willingness to travel periodically for U.S. site visits and leadership engagements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting Google Cloud Platform or other large-scale technology organizations.
  • Experience working with engineering leadership to operationalize strategic programs.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to distill complex technical updates into clear executive summaries.
